Q. How do i use my voucher code discount?
A. You can claim your voucher code discount on step 1 of the checkout page. Step 1. Insert your code into the voucher code box. Step 2. Click on apply voucher button. This will apply a discount to you shopping cart. Note: Voucher codes will not apply to make an offer products or freight.

Q. How does the Make An Offer button work?
A. The Make An Offer Button is allocated to products that might be slightly discounted from the recommended retail price. It gives the customer a chance to Haggle on the price and save a few dollars. The customer may continue to haggle until a price is accepted. Once a price is accepted you can no longer submit another offer. You will be directed to checkout or continue shopping. Happy Haggling.

A. No. Voucher codes cannot be used on Make An Offer Products as the price is already discounted.

Q. How much does it cost to send my goods?
A. We calculate the freight of your goods according to Australia Post Parcel Rates. Rates can be calculated in step 1 of the shopping cart. Once you have a product in the shopping cart enter your postcode or select your country into the Freight Charges Box. This will calculate your freight charges. On average a racquet is around $10.00 and grips and string sets under $5.00

A. The Tennis Shop only accepts Visa or Mastercard. We don't accept Amex or Diners Club.

A. Yes, If you have a PayPal account, alternately you can open a PayPal account.

A. Once you add items to our shopping cart you are directed to a secure online payment facility. Here you can enter your credit card details(Mastercard or Visa) and pay for your purchases. .

Q. Does my purchase come with a receipt?
A. All purchases from The Tennis Shop include 10% GST. We provide all of our customers with a Tax/Invoice Receipt which details the GST.
