Q. How do I use my voucher code discount?
A.
You can claim your Coupon code discount on step 1 of the checkout page.Step 1. Insert your Coupon Code into the code box. Step 2. Click on apply button. This will apply a discount to you shopping cart. PLEASE NOTE: Coupon codes are not redeemable instore and do not apply to Tennis Balls or Freight.

Shipping Charges

Q. How much does it cost to send my goods?
A. 
For all orders we calculate the freight of your goods according to Australia Post Parcel Rates. Rates can be calculated in step 1 of the shopping cart. Once you have a product in the shopping cart enter your postcode or select your postcode into the Freight Charges Box. This will calculate your freight charges. On average a racquet shipped interstate is around $15.00 (Victoria $8.95) and grips and string sets under $7.00

Q. How does shipping work?

In most cases your item will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If stock is unavailable or a product is out of stock a member of our staff will contact you by phone or email. At The Tennis Shop we endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible.

The Tennis Shop only accepts Visa or Mastercard. We don't accept Amex or Diners Club.

Q. Can I pay for my items by PayPal?

Yes, If you have a PayPal account, alternately you can open a PayPal account.

Q. How can I pay for my purchases?
A.
Once you add items to our shopping cart you are directed to a secure online payment facility. Here you can enter your credit card details(Mastercard or Visa) and pay for your purchases. Alternatively, you can call us during business hours(9.30am - 5.30 pm) EST Monday - Friday on 03 97086886 (press 2) and place your order with your credit card (Mastercard or Visa) over the phone.

Q. Does my purchase come with a receipt?

All purchases from The Tennis Shop include 10% GST. We provide all of our customers with a Tax/Invoice Receipt which details the GST.

Q. Is it safe to pay by credit card online at The Tennis Shop?
A.
Yes, very safe.The Tennis Shop uses 128 bit encryption for our credit card facility supplied by St George Bank. You can check the safety on your browser by looking for a small padlock in the corner.
